ExperienceLab has built consumer segmentations for more than 25 years. The research for our new Personatm offering was gathered in 2018-2019 and was the culmination of 12 years of studying employee finance and health benefit issues.

About Personatm

Using proprietary attitudinal research techniques, the Personatm project revealed health and finance attitudes of more than 200 million Americans. The survey research included 10,000 consumers responding to more than 250 attitudinal statements probing their finance and health preferences. The ensuing segmentation analysis resulted in categorizing each of 200 million consumers into one of seven like-minded segments. Each segment uniquely combines attitudes toward finance and health benefits to more accurately predict the needs, attitudes and behaviors of each employee.

How does ExperienceLab deliver Personatm?

ExperienceLab appends individual Persona segment scores to clients’ employee/member name lists and marketing data files. A license ensures mutual confidentiality and data protection. In this way, the Personatm insights become available to benefits administrators and communicators for targeting and personalizing benefit programs.

Personatm provides licensees with access to detailed segment profiles, comparative analyses and personalization tools. ExperienceLab provides web-based training in the use of the segment assignments for operational analysis, process enhancement or marketing.
